1. This App and its source code may not be reproduced, copied, modified, adapted, redistributed or resold without the express and prior written consent of iShape Pty Ltd.
2. Information/data entered into the App by the purchaser/user is saved locally to the App only and is not transmitted or held externally. It is the responsibility of the purchaser/user to back up the App to their own storage location/device should they wish to do so.
3. App purchaser/user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless iShape Pty Ltd and its owners of and from any and all claims, demands, losses, causes of action, damage, lawsuits, judgements, including attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or relating to the use of this App.
